Incase you were wondering where we were for such a looooooong time... our founder and Head Baker.. was off at in Bangalore doing a course in Patisserie and Baking and is now back with the well earned title of Chef!
She is now back and raring to go with new flavours, new techniques and loads of fun food experiments to share with all of you!

The brief given to us was a Gluten, dairy and sugarfree tart...and we delivered! A millet flour shell... A dairy free yoghurt with macerated fresh fruits in the middle, topped off with fresh fruit!
