-Complete Hands-on class (OFFLINE)
-Every student will work on their own cake.
-How to design a cake (correct measurements, size,design development process discussed)
-Fondant explained in complete detail (trouble-shooting discussed)
-How to cover real chocolate ganache cake in fondant -How to cover dummies in fondant -we will have Minimum of 3 tiers plus spacers in the whole cake. Appox height of fully stacked cake around 2.5 feet ( depending upon design)
-how to frost/apply  and achieve sharp edges on a chocolate ganache cake.
-recipe booklet provide with recipes including cake sponge,ganache, and other decorations.
-different ganache ratio discussed .
-how to achive crisp sharp edges
-stacking and doweling
-How to use cake spacers
-Learning different techniques such as edible flowers, painting, crackel effects, stencil,royal icing, geode,moulds,lace ,bass relief,mesh stencil ,marble , wafer paper,rice paper etc.
