Mango lassi also known as mango yogurt. It is the most refreshing drink one can have during summers. It is made up of mangoes, curd/yogurt, water/milk, sugar, cardamom and saffron. This creamy, smooth and delicious drink is a perfect match for a hot summer days. Mango lassi is a quick and easy dessert and can be prepared in less than 15 minutes.
Indredients:
1 mango
1½ cup curd
1½ cup water/milk
8-9 tbsp powdered sugar
¼ tsp Cardamom
2-3 saffron strands
Instructions:
1) Add mango and curd in a blender. Blend them really well.
2) Now add sugar, cardamom and saffron and blend them.
3) Strain everything in a bowl.
4) Pour it in the serving glasses and garnish it with some nuts and saffron strands.
