French Macarons are perfect for gifting 😍

While making Macarons there are a few pointers that help us to get these cookies right.

1. Using a grease free bowl for making the meringue. It has to be clean without any trace of oil or butter. Using vinegar or lemon juice to clean the bowl is a good way to ensure that.

2. Beating the egg whites to stiff peaks starting with a low speed, adding the cream of tartar and castor sugar for 2-3 minutes. Then increase the speed.

3. Avoiding the use of oil based colors.

4. After piping the Macarons, always tap the baking sheet to remove air pockets
