Whole wheat choco coffee caramel cake.

Decoding it.

Chocolate sponge and coffee sponge alternatively, accompanied by in house prepared caramel sauce and coffee buttercream, overall wrapped with 45% dark chocolate ganache. Covered with broken pistachios and topped with dry roasted pumpkin seeds (for green effect).

No maida
No white sugar
No whipping cream
No food colour
No sprinklers of any color.
No artificial preservatives.
No essence
No eggs.

Now this is what we call clean ingredients in cake.
