At The 7th Oven we are constantly evolving and upskilling. I am getting trained under the best at Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts

Can't be in two places at the same time:)
So iam in Banglore learning more to offer more. I won't be taking orders untill further notice.

But hey ..I will keep updating what I am gearing up to offer..so stay tuned 😀

A Covid birthday story part 2

A day before the delivery Mom of the kid called to tell me that her husband was unwell and had fever. Having done all the preparation and most of the work, I couldn't cancel/ postpone the cake.

After a few hours I was requested to take these cakes to an orphanage in Mylapore. I thought this is too much cake for one orphanage( I have seen small ones with 20/25 kids) but I was asked to take both to one . I took the boxes and reached the Ramakrishna mission Student hostel in Mylapore. I first took the smaller cake 2 kgs box..and as I spoke to a volunteer there, he asked me will this cake serve 650 kids? And I said not this one Sir but the other 5 kgs in the car and this could:) He smiled and led me to their office to finish the remaining formalities.

Sometimes things don't go as planned but in this case I think the alternate solution was wonderful.
