After a gap of two plus years due to the pandemic and the aftermath of my cerebral stroke, Choco Dreamz is open now. Our shop functions between 10 am to 9.30 pm. Store has stocks of chocolates, pastries and snacks and ice creams.
Kindly support as earlier done and share the news with friends and relatives and near and dear.
We are also tied with dunzo business and so delivering becomes cheaper than before with 10/ kn for first 2 and 15/km for longer.
Should shortly be adding more items and also scoop ice creams.

Am open to take orders for celebration cakes .kindly pass the message too far and wide.

How many of you use baker's percentages for your bakes ? How has it helped in your journey?

Have you thought about the principles behind the math and been curious ?

I for one learnt all of the above with the baker's math. I generally don't find trouble scaling up or down and in substituting or formulating my own recipies. I have a love for maths and so this tool was a facinating one as I learnt from mom and at how quickly a non math , not so educated lady could use basic math as a tool in complex bakings .

Cajun style of cooking is a rustic way of cooking brought in by the acadians to the world. Basically it is to use local ingredients and build a wholesome food.
I have been having a "masakkai" for breads/buns to the extent my husband has asked why have you become sort of possessive of breads now ? My pallette seems to like them and prefer them to the regular food - my doctor says the statins could be a cause.

The store bought ones are ok and I am doing with them but I want something that is not so much sweetened.

So am going to bake a cujun style 3 pepper rustic bread loaf. I will be using a mix of whole wheat and APF, corn meal, cayene pepper oil. Green chillies, ground pepper and red and yellow peppers for colour and crunch.

The loves will be priced at rs 110 for 450 GM's. Available on order baked the week end
