Exciting News! 🎉

Brod bakery has moved to a new location! We are still the same, but moved to a little larger space so parking is easier for you guys 😂 And also more space to chill.

We will be closed tomorrow to finish the shift and will be open as usual from Wednesday, 24th May in our new location. It’s just few hundred metres before our old store (can’t believe still)

We made the most celebrated Scandinavian buns - Swedish Semla and Danish Fastelavnboller.

Fluffy cardamom brioche bun filled with marzipan and lightly sweetened cream and the other blackberry and vanilla cream. These are seasonal and usually had before the lent starts.
