Fresh batch of rasam powder in the making..

Recipe:
Cumin seed 50gm
Pepper 25gm
Coruander seeds 25gm
Toor dhal 10gm
Channa dhal 10gm
Fenugreek seed 7 gm
Dry red chilli 12gm
Hing 1/4tsp

Dry roast all the ingredients individually and make a coarse powder. Store the rasam powder in a air tight container and use.

Baked Vegetables:

Chop Vegetables of choice(carrot, potato, Cauliflower, Beans, Broccoli can be used). U have used potato and carrot.

Boil the vegetables for 4 mins , drain the water and miz them with the seasoning mentioned below.
Bake them for 20 mins at 185 degrees and serve with tomato ketchup

For seasoning:
1tbsp cornflour
1tbsp all purpose flour
1tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt as required
2 tsp olive oil
