Ever tried to recreate a dish that you ate at a restaurant on the other end of the world? That’s sort-of how our Cassoulet came into being. It was ’s favourite brunch dish at in Vancouver. She loved it so much, she was determined to recreate it and share it with Chennai.

It may be unfamiliar, but trust us, this is one of those dishes that will become your “comfort breakfast” the very first time you try it.

In the hunt for the right tortillas, this dish almost didn’t make it onto the menu! We’ve always wanted a breakfast burrito on our menu, but what good is a burrito without good tortillas? Luckily one day while making breakfast for ourselves with some seemingly “random” new tortillas we found, we realized we had struck gold. So now, you can enjoy it too!

The Chipotle Salsa is our partner ’s recipe, and it’s truly the best part - a bit smokey, a bit savoury, a bit hot, and blended to perfection. It’s one of those meals that just puts a smile on your face.
