Little Miss Muffin Healthy, Homemade and Rustic My love for baking has landed me here. Little Miss Muffin is a my endeavor in baking hearty, heathly ,homemade ,rustic cakes.

Freshly baked everyday. Classic flavors with an edge. All ingredients are authentic and processed ingredients are avoided. Gluten-free ,butter -free, white sugar-free options are also available. My cakes do not wear fondant or heavy frosting. The are humble and honest and true to every cake lover! Birthdays, Dinners, A gesture, a sweet tooth or just plain old gluttony, the cake is just a message away!

After a while, the kitchen at Little Miss Muffin has woken up again! Good old-fashioned Banana cake with chocolate chips. The twist being, the recipe has no white flour or refined sugar or butter. So a little indulgence couldn't hurt anyone.
