Doll cakes have become a thing of the past!
When we had to make a Barbie cake, we simply couldn’t go the regular doll cake route!

None of the ombré rosettes business here 🙂‍↔️
Since the client had given us full design freedom, we wanted to do something we really loved!
We wanted the gown to be flowy, floral and absolutely pretty! And so we made it ❤️

Trust us, a rosette finish is much easier to do than this smooth ball gown finish. A minute mistake will be the biggest blunder on such a clean canvas! But the end result is so worth it, don’t you think? 😍

Rich, creamy and so so delicious!

The bitterness from the burnt edges cuts through the richness of the cheesecake jusssssst right and boy does it taste heavenly! ❤️

One of our most favourites in the kitchen. We can’t resist making mini cups of cheesecakes for ourselves whenever we make a big batch!

This is truly a must try, if you haven’t had it before!
