It’s been a month and half since I baked, due to family commitments and a little bit of touring 🤪 Was very happy to bake this cake.. it’s a vanilla ganache cake, and loved the texture of the dark chocolate ganache. I did miss to take a picture of the silky ganache though.

Introducing : Raskadam Flavor cake !!

I love Rasagullas, right from my age of 10, when I first visited kolkatta and tasted Rasgullas for the first time!
This is one other delicacy that I got fond of, one day, when my sister bought this for us!! it has a thin layer of milk solids covering the rasgolla and it’s been dusted with desiccated coconut! The sweet as such is a must try !!
And using this sweet, khoa made at home with fresh milk and desiccated coconut, this Raskadam cake tastes awesome !!
If you want the sweet to be yum but not overpowering, we can customize it !!
