This Rainbow layer cake for is pure joy!

5-year-old’s mom requested a simple PJ Masks Cake for her son’s birthday and this is what we came up with. It’s fun to rack the brain to come up with something simple and quirky that kids would love.

DIY toppers - Given the situation, fancy toppers are not that easily available. So made these toppers ourselves. It did take sometime but well worth the extra effort for the smiles and cheers all around.

Drool-worthy layer of crunchy wafer base, white chocolate ganache, butterscotch sponge, pralines, caramelised hazelnut and almonds sprinkled between each layer, finished with buttercream and topped with candied hazelnuts and caramel dripping. Doesn’t it sound exotic?
