‘My day isn’t complete without baking’ says Kiran Gill, a self tought home baker who took to baking, after successfully managing her Organic Farm business by the name of Hansali Organic Farm. The home bakery is in fact an extension of her efforts to provide good quality food to the residents of Chandigarh tricity. As she was already successfully farming & selling many organic products, like jaggery, wheat flour, milk, butter, fruits etc. the idea of using these pure, fresh & farm grown ingredients in her own baking to make handcrafted goodies has got her a good response & also provides a differentiation to her goodies like Cakes, cup cakes, cheese cakes, pies, puddings, cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, croissants, and even traditional punjabi desserts like ‘Gur di Kheer’. She also makes sure that each item is delivered right after its’s ready, so that the customers get it fresh, straight after the bake.
