Almost 3 years back when nightmarish Covid Lockdown finally ended, me and my wife decided to not make 🍕 Pizzas any more.
Time became the most important factor. I got busy with my photography again and she is always busy with her cakes. So I permanently stopped making our unique Pizzas from the Menu of Cornicione Magico.
But this decision of ours made our lovely customers a little disheartened. Over the last few years we were getting so many requests from our friends, followers and regular customers to please start our Pizzas again.
Especially the Pork Pizza, Mutton Keema Pizza and Salami Roll Pizza...
For the past few months we were feeling really really bad for not being able to make all of your wishes come true. But besides all these, a few things were playing in my mind... Do I still love making Pizzas? Can I make it as good as it used to be after all these years? And even if I start making Pizzas how shall I manage time, considering my present photography and editing work load.
But we had to reach a conclusion... 'YES' or 'NO' to our Pizzas, and we finally said 'YES! LET'S DO THIS AGAIN.'
But before letting you all know, I wanted to test myself to this date, as a good Pizza is all about Passion, Patience, Practice and the right Ingredient.
And here we are today...
