This eggless chocolate cake is soft, moist & bakery-level perfect 🤎

Ingridients
Powder sugar 160grams
Oil 80 mL
Warm milk 180 mL
Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1 TBsp
Maida 170grams
Coco powder 30 gram
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 1/2 tbsp
👩🍳 Procedure:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C and line/grease your cake tin.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix warm milk + vinegar. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes (this creates a buttermilk effect).
3️⃣ Add powdered sugar, oil & vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
4️⃣ Sift in all dry ingredients:
maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda & corn flour.
5️⃣ Gently mix until you get a lump-free, smooth batter. Don’t overmix.
6️⃣ Pour batter into the prepared tin and tap lightly to remove air bubbles.
7️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8️⃣ Let the cake cool completely before demoulding.
9️⃣ Frost or enjoy as is—super soft & chocolaty! 🍫🤎
