Second half of the year went by quick. Went from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 to England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 to Home 🇮🇳 for the summer. Got a job at a Canal-side Historic pub from the 1830s and went to university taking a practical exam that was more difficult than the entire year in Glen 🤪 oh also got myself a wee bike to commute! 🚴‍♀️

Halfway through the year, and it’s already been a journey filled with both challenges and triumphs. There have been wonderful days, tough days, and moments that have tested me, but they are all days I can look back on with pride.

🍪⚠️COOKIE MONSTER ALERT⚠️🍪

The last couple of months has been all about trials at Muffinery.
Baked these amazing oatmeal grandma cookies with black raisins and chocolate chips.
Turned out to be so delicious, crunchy on the outside yet soft and buttery inside! 🤌❤️
It truly was a love at first bite 🌻🥺
Adding these and decadent chocolate cookies to the menu soon!
