2) how to make basic sponge.
3) how to cut layers of sponge cake for icing.
4) how to apply cream with proper methods.
5) how to use palot knife.
6) how to make flavoured cream.
7) how to give proper finishing to your cake.
8 ) how to make different designs using various nozzles
9) how to make chocolate ganache
