Nothing can beat the Aroma of freshly baked Garlic bread. My kids call it caterpillar bread coz of its shape. Simple filling of fresh garlic, coriander n white homemade butter make it irresistible.

Garden fresh focaccia 👩‍🍳 every colour from my little garden lemon grass, basil, onion, carom leaves and mint. It's an easy peasy recipe which doesn't required any advance preparation. Pantry friendly ingredients n no kneading is involved 🤩.

Eggless rasmalai cake👩‍🍳

Presenting a real quick n fast recipe of Eggless Walnut banana cake 👩‍🍳

Preparation time 5 minutes if u have all the ingredients handy or depends how fast u are 🤭
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup jaggery powder
1/4 cup flavour less oil or Ghee
3/4 cup Luke warm milk
2 big size bananas preferably over ripped one
1tsp Baking powder
1/2tsp Baking soda
1tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
Walnuts n chocochip as per Shradha Bhakti 😎
Dry ingredients in one bowl except jaggery powder n wet in another one. Mash banana 🍌 with the help fork n add jaggery powder mix till it comes together in a homogeneous paste. Now add the wet ingredients. Mix well add walnuts n chocochips. Take microwave proof dish pour the batter n sprinkle some more Walnut n chocochips. Keep it to bake in microwave mode for 5 minutes on highest temperature setting. In microwave ots 750. If u whish u can bake in convection mode or in otg or in airfryer too 👩‍🍳
