Chocolate marble cake
**Literature (in cup and gram):**
- 1 cup of flour (125 grams)
- Half cup powder sugar (75 grams)
- Slightly less oil than half cup (60 grams)
- half cup milk (100 ml)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Quit eating 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
*Action:
1. **Cake tin preparation:** Take a six inch cake tin. Apply some oil to all sides of tin. Dusting the tin with a little flour. No need to apply butter paper.
2. **Preheat Cooker:** Put a stand in the cooker. Preheat cooker on slow gas with lid on 10 minutes.
3. **Mix the wet stuff :**
- Take a little less oil, half cup powder sugar, and half cup milk in a pot.
- Mix it all properly by hand, until sugar completely melts.
4. **Mix dry ingredients:**
- Leave 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of eating soda.
- Put these dry ingredients in a wet mixture, mix it with light hand.
- Set aside a tablespoon of milk that will be useful while mixing cocoa powder.
5. **Separate the batter:** Distribute ready batter in two parts.
6. **Mix cocoa powder :**
- Mix 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder in one section and milk on the side.
- If cocoa powder is light, take 2 tablespoons.
7. **Create the pattern:**
- First add chocolate batter to the cake tin. Put the vanilla batter on it. Create a round round pattern with the help of a spoon, so you will see a great marble pattern when the cake is baked.
8. **Baking :**
- put a tin in a preheated cooker and put a lid.
- Bake on slow gas for 30 minutes. Check in between.
9. **Cool down and take out the cake:**
- Let the cake cool down after 30 to 35 minutes. 10 minutes later take him out, put him on the trick.
