Made from scratch ( Eggless)

Finally made this one from my ✅ list 😃

I really want to tell you this that I was so lazy to try this one and i wanted to try this last year itself but finally made it this year!!👩‍🍳🤓🤩😍

What do you guys say for first trial ?

Baklava is a Turkish dessert but still some Persian says it's from Persia 🤷

Some points I would love to share about it , if incase this post will inspire you to try this out🤓

📝It really takes 3-4 hours time if you are making filo sheets from scratch

📝You need to roll around 25-30 sheets for one set for baking

📝It's dough is magic dough , very stretchy👩‍🍳🤩

📝layered with starch, butter and dryfruits

📝 Soaked in sugar syrup , still crunchy on top

I am happy that i could achieve it in first trial👩‍🍳🤩
