preparation -
beat 4 eggs by adding salt, chilli powder, pepper, garam masala( optional), milk 3-4 spns.
take 5 slices of bread and dip it in this egg mixture and toast it with butter on pan ( medium flame).. finally add grated cheese and close the lid for 30 seconds and have it with tomato sauce or ketchup

Banana almond milk shake
preparation -
soak 7-8 almonds, 3-4 cashews for two hours
take 2 robusta bananas (if yelakki bananas using means 4-5 in number)
peel off bananas and blend it along with almonds, cashews, 3 spns brown sugar, full cream milk 1-1.5glass.
add ice cubes to glass and serve chill

Recipe-
take one litre milk and boil it.. while boiling add vinegar one cup or lemon half to one.. once milk forms curdled off the stove and drain in cheese cloth and wash the paneer with water and tie it to tap for 4 hours... later collect the paneer in cheese cloth and kneed it for 15minutes and made balls without cracks..
sugar syrup preparation-
take 3cups water and add one cup sugar and dissolve it in a vessel by keeping it on stove.. once sugar dissolves, add these balls and boil it for 11 to 13 minutes... balls will become thrice in size and switch off stove and serve chill

Mint rice:
Ingredients:
Mint leaves (pudina) -1cup
Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
Salt - as per your taste
Coriander seeds powder -2 spoons
Garam masala -2 spoons
Ginger garlic paste - 4 spoons
Turmetic -1 T spoon
Cumin seeds -1 T spoon
Mustard seeds - 1 T spoon
Green chillis - medium size - 2 (as per ur taste u can add more for spicy)
Oil -4 spoons
Rice - 2 cup
fenugreek seeds - 1/2 T spoon
Water -5 cups

Procedure:
1.Soak rice in water for 1/2 hr.
2.Heat pressure cooker base and add oil, then after getting heated add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric and then add sliced green chillis and fry it for a while
3. Then add chopped onions and fry until it comes to golden yellow color and add tomatoes to get fried.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 2 min. Then add mint and coriander leaves.
5. Sprinkle conriander seeds powder, garam masala, salt and fry it.
6. Add rice and fry along with this mixture for 1 min and add 5 cups of water and close the lid until it gets 3 whistles.
7. Finally take the rice into plate and garnish it with mint leaves.

Optional: if u want to add peas means u can add along with rice.

Boiled Eggs curry

Ingredients:
Eggs - 6
Onions - 3 (Large)
Tomatoes - 3 (Large)
Curry leaves - required amount as per your taste
Turmeric - 1 TSpn
Mustard seeds - 1 T Spn
Oil - 3-4 spns
Salt - as per your taste
Red chillies - 4-5
coriander leaves - required amount for garnishing

Preparation:

1. Boil the eggs in a container and cut the eggs into slices.
2. Take a kadai and heat it then add oil and mustard seeds followed by curry leaves, red chillies, chopped onions and fry it. After the onions turn to golden yellow color then add tomatoes and fry it.
3. Then add turmeric, salt and deep fry it. (If you want it in semi gravy type means u can add water). Finally add egg slices and fry it carefully without crushing.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves at last.

Tip: Until Onions get Golden yellow color, not suppose to add tomatoes. (If we add tomatoes immediately next to onions means onions will remains semi fried)

Badam Halwa Recipe:

Ingredients:

Almonds - 2 Cups
Milk- 1 and 1/4 cup
sugar - 2 and 1/2 cup
Ghee - 6-7 spoons
Saffron Strands - 1/4th tea spoon
food coloring (Optional)
Cardamom powder - 1/2 Tea spoon
Pista chios and almond pieces - for garnishing

Preparation:

1. Soak almonds in water for 5 hours and peel off the skin of almonds and paste it by adding milk. (paste the almonds like ravva)
2. Take a deep bottomed pan and heat it. Then, add ghee and melt it and add almond paste and stir it for a while.
3. Add sugar at regular intervals and stir it continuously and mix it well.
4. Take spoon full of milk and add saffron and color (optional) and mix it. Add this mixture in the pan having almond paste.
5. Cook the mixture in low flame. When the mixture is getting dry means ghee will separate from it.
6. Then, add cardamom powder and mix it well and take it into flat bottomed plate and sprinkle almond and pista chios on it and cut the pieces into squares.

Baby corn Mushroom Curry:

Ingredients:
Baby corns - 1 cup
Mushrooms - 1 cup
Turmeric- one table spoon
Salt - Required amount as per ur taste
Green Chillies - 4 (U can add more if u want to eat with more spicy)
Spring onions - half cup
Onions - half cup
Tomatoes- half cup
water - half cup
ginger garlic paste - 3-4 Spoons
Coriander - 1/4th cup
Oil - 5-6 spoons
Mustard seeds- half table spoon
Pepper - as per ur taste need to add
Boiled Green peas - half cup
Preparation:
1. Wash Baby corns and cut into pieces
2. Wash mushrooms in hot water by adding turmeric and pinch of salt (it helps to kill harmful microbes)
3. Take a Kadai and heat it and add oil followed by Mustard seeds, then add chopped green chillies and fry it. Later on add oinions, after turned onions into brown color add tomatoes and fry it. Then, add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric and fry it
4. Finally add mushrooms and baby corns pieces fry it for 2 min and then add water and green peas boil it in low flame until the pieces become soft. (U can add more water if u want the curry in watery type)
5. sprinkle pepper and mix it. Then, add chopped spring onions and coriander and close the lid of the kadai for one min and boil it in low flame.
6. That's it, tasty curry is ready.
