Baby corn Mushroom Curry:
Ingredients:
Baby corns - 1 cup
Mushrooms - 1 cup
Turmeric- one table spoon
Salt - Required amount as per ur taste
Green Chillies - 4 (U can add more if u want to eat with more spicy)
Spring onions - half cup
Onions - half cup
Tomatoes- half cup
water - half cup
ginger garlic paste - 3-4 Spoons
Coriander - 1/4th cup
Oil - 5-6 spoons
Mustard seeds- half table spoon
Pepper - as per ur taste need to add
Boiled Green peas - half cup
Preparation:
1. Wash Baby corns and cut into pieces
2. Wash mushrooms in hot water by adding turmeric and pinch of salt (it helps to kill harmful microbes)
3. Take a Kadai and heat it and add oil followed by Mustard seeds, then add chopped green chillies and fry it. Later on add oinions, after turned onions into brown color add tomatoes and fry it. Then, add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric and fry it
4. Finally add mushrooms and baby corns pieces fry it for 2 min and then add water and green peas boil it in low flame until the pieces become soft. (U can add more water if u want the curry in watery type)
5. sprinkle pepper and mix it. Then, add chopped spring onions and coriander and close the lid of the kadai for one min and boil it in low flame.
6. That's it, tasty curry is ready.
