Do you order/buy a whole set of nozzles without checking the size or probably for just one nozzle in that set? I know I do.😁

If you have such nozzles, take them out from the hideout. .

Here is a frosting fix for you. Make multiple colors and frost away using all the small nozzles. It looks fantastic.

Try different colors to get the beautiful colour gradation. 🌈
I have used buttercream here. Please don't ask me the nos or names as even I don't know them 😁.

Eggless Chocolate Mousse ✨🍫

INGREDIENTS

Dark Chocolate finely chopped : 150g
Amul Whipping Cream : 150g
Amul Fresh Cream : 32g
Milk : 58g

PROCEDURE

Chop dark chocolate finely.
Heat up milk + fresh cream ( don't boil just heat ) and add to the chocolate.
Mix until smooth.
Whip super chilled whipping cream until stiff peaks. Add a little to the cooled chocolate mixture and mix it.
Now add the remaining and gently fold it.
Pipe it into serving glasses and chill it overnight.
Serve chilled.

I have replaced the cream with baileys Irish cream and it came out amazing 👌💖

Cupcake Nation Signature Buttercream is silky smooth eggless buttercream with half the amount of sugar than american buttercream. Inspired by American buttercream, CCN Buttercream it is not gritty and overly sweet. Perfectly stable at room temp up to 28°C to 30°C and works wonderfully even on cakes. Silky smooth making it possible to pipe like a dream.

I experimented & created this buttercream recipe in 2016 for my customers only because I did not want to serve them the typical very sweet american buttercream, egg buttercream or was I willing to compromise using whipped cream on my cakes & cupcakes.
