Chocolat Boulangerie Patisserie Cakes and Pastries along with Premium Chocolates, Cookies and Desserts. She seemed to have changed, and so we decided to make her our own again.

So what do you get when you put together a Civil Engineer and a Lawyer intent on divorcing themselves from their mundane goal-oriented lives? Of-course the most obvious answer is a venture in manufacturing and selling Chocolates and Bakery products. A fairer and more realistic explanation for our mutual
eccentricity is probably a shared love for this sinful fruit extract that is Chocolate. We have

, throughout our separate lives and as a collective, relished chocolates in every form and it is from this love of the product that we are inspired to distribute the same to the good people of the world. Our bewitchment with this substance began in the pastry shops of Kolkata, our birthplace, which only sunk us deeper into this chocolate mire of their making. Regrettably though, when we travelled yonder, to the south, first to erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, and soon after to Bangalore in Karnataka, we felt disheartened by the clear departure in quality and deliciousness. Our mistress who we had romanced for so many years was not being treated well in the South. She was either depressingly over sweetened, or crudely reengineered, or just baked without love and was neither soft nor fluffy. With this resolve we bring to you Chocolat Boulangerie Patisserie. Naturally, it’s not just the two of us in cohorts attempting to pull a gargantuan bluff that we just upped and learnt how to bake overnight. We are pleased to tell you that we have managed to hoodwink several top pastry and chocolate chefs with our skill in French, and they have left their previously highly reputed jobs with organizations that oozed chocolate in every syllable, to join us. Technically that means we ooze more chocolate than they do! Our team brings to you a wide assortment of products within the niche of luxury chocolates, veritably in every form and flavor that you can imagine. They also happen to look intricate and beautiful, melt in your mouth and explode with delicious awesomeness, which is great because that’s what we like about them. We must warn you about our baking though! Our cakes and pastries beat every grandmother’s secret recipe that might have been running in your family for generations. Well, also the rest of the competition generally, but we imagine that wouldn’t bother you much. We understand that all of this may seem like just words to begin with, so let an indulgent bite allay your suspicions. Let yourself be overcome by the Chocolat experience, for it is one that shall keep you coming.
