My home smells of Christmas already. The oven will be on the whole day and night, passers by will ask if there is a bakery near by. My family at home will look doped for a few weeks as they binge on the cake rum drunk cake as they pass by the table. and did you know dry fruits are good for your health ;-) ahem I agree , they have to be rum soaked though

My travels make me ! It teaches me lessons no books can, it shows me the world no photographs can, and defines and refines my passion that is cooking.

My recent trips to Himachal and Ladakh in the last month have introduced me to two new flavours SeaBuckThorn and Apricots. Experiments at Bundt Naked Kitchen will soon be posted. For now enjoying the SeaBuckThorn Tea which I am super addicted to.
