So here is detailed Recipe for Eggs in a bowl.
Finely chopped onion -1big
Finely chopped tomato- 1big
Finely chopped green chillies- 2small
Finely chopped corriender- 1spoon
2 cheese cubes
2 eggs
Sea-salt or normal salt - as per your taste
Chilly flakes- 1/2tsp
Oregano- 1/2tsp.
Cushed pepper - 1/2tsp
Breadcrums for crunchy top(optional)
Method:
Preheat oven at 220degree for 10mins.
1. Take bowl add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, grated cheese of one cube, little corriender, salt, crushed pepper, chillyflakes, Oregano. Mix it nicely.
2. Take Re*****on bowl or any thick bottom bowl (suitable for baking in the OTG), add 2 spoon of veggies mixture.
3. Add eggs in same bowl, whisk it little.
4. Add remaining veggies mixture, one cheese cube(break cheese with your hand)
5. Add some Bread crums on top along with little cheese and corriender.
6. Bake in preheat oven at 220degree for 20-25mins till you get cheese melted on top n Bread crums turns into crisp light brown layer.
