Cake: Pistachio cake sponge
Filling: Badam Pistachio and chocolate ganache
Buttercream: Pistachio Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
And decorated eggs in fondant.

Cake: 3, 8"*2" Chocolate Cakes.
Filling: Raspberry compote & Oreo cookie crumbs.
Buttercream: Raspberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
Drip: white chocolate ganache drip.
Chocolate bars all handmade with love and finished with some edible gold foils and edible luster dusts of gold and silver.
Gold Butterflies made with cake lace from scratch and finished with gold dusts.

Delivering a cake safely in this bumpy roads of Bangalore has become the most challenging task for me and it's like having a baby in your tummy and your delivery is guaranteed for free when on roads. Geez, thank God I was saved this time also.

Made this cake for a special client on her precious daughter's second birthday. Made her first birthday cake and again now.
This joy and self-satisfaction keeps me going when i get to hold bunch of coming back customers.
