“PASTELLA” Originally meaning "Batter" in Italian, the name Pastella is also a play on the word "Pastel" that our founders resonate with the most.
Back in March 2021, 3 women (3 pastel colors) came together and merged to create an entity with a simple mission - to provide delicious cakes and desserts to the people of Bengaluru. Today as Pastella continues to create a brand under the reign of Pooja Raval and Noopur Joshi, Pastella still garners support from Padma - 3rd co-founder who unfortunately stepped down due to personal reasons. This post is an ode to her who always spreads joy in Pastella with her infectious laughter and creative ideas. Thank you Padma. We love you and miss you ❤️
