shahi tukda (literally meaning a royal piece) is a prominent Hyderabadi dessert served at weddings,Eid gatherings etc .shahitukda is richer mughlai version of double ka meetha - prepared by soaking deep-fried(preferably pure ghee) bread slices in condensed/thickened milk ,sugar syrup,cardamom, jauz-jauthri .. A topping of finlely sliced dry fruits(kaju badam and pistaa) and waraq lends an authentic and ethnic touch to this tasteful, delicacy ..mouth-watering isn't it😋😋😋
