When two 'young at heart & soul' celebrate their janmdin together.... we do not go Radio gaga but Cake gaga.......

A dense 70% cocoa solid chocolate mousse cake and a Austrian Black Forest Gateaux made with Devils cake, stewed fresh cherries and the works, makes up for the celebration....

The sooooper bitter chocolate enjoyed with a creamy cherry compote one. Who says, cake do not give joys, definately they do!!!

The perfect 'pick me up' dessert for over 75 dessert aficionados who demolished over 4.6 kgs of this beauty.
The Tiramisu was made sans alcohol on request. Kino orange rind was added to the sabayon to mask off the eggy flavour and mascarpone with whipped cream & ganache was folded into it. Alternate layers of coffee soaked sponge fingers adorned the ensemble. The finishing tough was the coffee decoction gelee that was set to give that sheen and flavour.
Order in for an amazing Italian experience.

The cake marathon still goes on...

Lemon sponge and a Red Devil food cake with fresh cream and passion fruit compote. An 8" monster piece for the Peppa Pig family to enjoy in the Passoa puddle. Assorted macarons adorned the sides of the cake.
Darling Isabelle and her friends enjoyed these and the toppers were ready to be picked even before the cake was cut. 😉

One of the best & unique tea that is globally known is the Japanese Matcha and what better then a cheesecake. The idea married well and the outcome was a 'Buwahahaha' Japanese Cotton Matcha Cheesecake.
