Opera Cake !!! First Monday of the year deserves a good start. What other than heavenly combo of chocolate and coffee. This is my take on the classic opera cake. The burst of flavours comes from:
* Almond Jaconde sponge soaked in coffee syrup
* Coffee buttercream (I used swiss meringue)
* Chocolate ganache
