We met....

Prawn Biriyani and me ...the bond keeps growing stronger every day...
For me,Biriyani was a quick shot at getting something together (mainly meat and rice) to feed a trillion hungry mouths and to be honest did not hold me in awe at all .

Until I found my true calling(Biriyani puritans please be forgiving 😉)- *THE prawn biriyani.*

Something about the Sagar prawn biriyani served piping hot in a portion size that could suffice for two but which I chose to eat all by myself, stirred my soul so much that I started investing in a Biriyani fund so that if nothing else,Prawn Biriyani could always come to the rescue

After years of yearning and turning up my nose at almost all the prawn biriyani orders from restaurants (none could not meet the Sagar gold standard!!) I finally got my hands into making it on my own and making it my own.

Got an order for this one and could not wait to whip it up
