For the last 3 years we have handcrafted various exotic cakes, breads, cookies, burgers, pizzas, and other savouries. We have our own factory in Bangalore where we have innovated various delicacies. We have been evolving with time, but what remains unchanged is our passion for baking and serving customers specific requirements in the most delightful ways we know - with love and affection. Our products have found a home in many hearts across Bangalore.
Now we are ready to expand the business to various other channels. Hence we are looking for business partners to help us do so.

- Formulate long and short term strategy and operating plans, along with executive management, and set comprehensive goals for performance, growth, and profitability
Manage P&L
- Demonstrated ability to scale and lead a large high performing production team
- Demonstrated ability to create something from nothing, setting strategy, architecting an organisation, and setting the vision
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult top executives on strategy
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure
Executive presence and leadership fundamentals
Demonstrated ability to create new channels for the business
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Experience of at least 5 to 7 years in F&B space desired
Important Points :
1. Smart Working, Good in Team management
2. It is more of co-founder role and also person would be offered equity plus Basic Salary
3. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
4. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills
5. Would be required to have the ability to source funds for the business from multiple sources
6. Excellent communication and public speaking skills
