I have been baking since I was in high school but when I decided to go commercial, wanted to go out of my comfort zone and the salted caramel sauce was one of the first things I tried. Since then, this magical concoction has been my favourite (Pushing chocolate to second position!). I'd been racking my brain for almost a year on what to n

ame the business, when one day I had my light bulb moment and I thought, why not name it after my most favourite ingredient? So here, at Salted Caramel, its all about doing what I love and spreading the love through the food I create.
