Lungees A brand focused on spreading Kerala cuisine with its authentic dishes and eco-friendly packaging.

A brand which plans to introduce Kerala Cuisine which includes Pothichoru, PothiBiryani, Kappa Cake, Kuttanadan Fish Curry, Malabar Biryani, etc. by opening multiple QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) outlets and also catering to corporate, online market and private gatherings. We will provide a combination of excellent food at value pricing, with an eco-friendly packaging and atmosphere. Our main priority is to establish one outlet in a prime location, drive home delivery and takeaway sales.

Take a trip down memory lane with our Kerala’s very own ‘Chatti-Choru’ starting with a base of some flavor-rich gravy (choose from chicken, erachi, or fish curry), accompanied by boiled rice, topped with all of your favorite sides like Avial, Thoran, Thenga chamandi, Lungees’ special Erachi Fry or Chicken Fry, all around a center-filled with Morukari. If your mouth is watering, we are not done yet. Add a tasty Omelette, with a carefully placed Mathi Fry, and now to top it all we have our favorite Papadam and Achaaaar. Lastly, we serve a glass of buttermilk (Sambaram) on the side.

All items are served in an earthen clay pot to fuze all the flavors and present to you the dish that represents Home.

Only thing left for you to do is to mix, let all the flavors blend and roll it into a bite sized ball and let your senses take you back to when just like Amma used to.
