Home was filled with the aroma of this sourdough focaccia, while baking this. Happy that I managed to bake this beautiful bread after a long time.

- took at least 36 hours from the time I started mixing to baking.
I had to alter the schedule based on my work, baking time - based on when to ship it(went out to my daughter), when to cut, how much time to cool, ...
Had to plan in reverse order.

Happy with the end product.
I can just sit and admire the texture and aroma of this bread.

Kaak - Lebanese flatbread.

One side which opens like a pita pocket works well for a sandwich. And don't forget to dip the thinner, crunchy part of the bread in some zatar+olive oil or hummus topped with some sumac!

Baked using 50% organic wholewheat flour and 50% refined wheat flour.
