It was my longest wish to bake a perfectly tasted Authentic . I decided to chose the best dried fruits and nuts available in town and soaked it in rum for months. Adding the right amout of spices to the batter I baked my cake for longer hours in minimum temperature to get the desired texture and color. The cake was later feeded with even more rum for weeks to finally achieve what I had dreamt of!
