From rainbows to pastel florals, fun trends and fantasy characters, her cake themes have evolved as beautifully as she has, each one reflecting her growing interests and personality. I'm really grateful to be a part of special moments❤️

As she steps into her teenage years, she chose a theme that mirrors who she’s becoming: confident, elegant, and poised. Deep blue florals add a feminine touch to the bold palette, while white chocolate drips and delicate pearls keep the design playful yet refined.

Cake flavor: chocolate strawberry—one of my favorite combinations.

A glittery, sparkling, and glowing start to the year ✨🌟

One of Thess Cakes’ babies, I’ve been making this birthday girl’s cakes since she was two, back in 2020. She loves my simple vanilla cake with buttercream so much that even on regular days, she’d ask her mom to order cupcakes… always with colored sprinkles or dragees on top.

I missed making her cake for the past two years, so when her mom messaged me this year, one day before her birthday, asking for a simple cake with just the KPop Demon Hunters picture topper, I couldn’t say no. No special requests, no extra décor. Simple.

But knowing this little girl, I couldn’t keep it that plain. So I added fondant stars dusted with edible glitter and finished the cake with matching sprinkles on the top and base.

Cake flavor was eggless vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, made less sweet, just the way she likes it. I also loved it so much that I couldn’t stop eating the cake scraps while working. No crumbs left 😆

Built for the long ride 🚗✨

A chocolate truffle cake with a sleek fondant finish for a teenage biker at heart.

It had to travel more than 1.5 hours, so fondant was the safest way to keep it looking this sharp.

Elegance in baby pink and gold 🩷✨

I’ve had the joy of baking this young lady’s cakes for several years now, and it’s been wonderful to see her themes grow along with her. From colorful Shopkins characters to cute teddy bears, and now to soft, refined designs as she steps into her teen years.

For the cake flavor, I suggested purple yam (ube), a favorite dessert flavor from the Philippines. I’m so glad they loved it and it's always exciting to share something new and delicious! 💜

Pretty Minnie in Pink!

I opted for tiny buttercream stars to cover the cake. This may be time-consuming and a bit straining on my wrist, but this is what I think would make the cake look prettier and classic, just like the birthday girl😍

Glow and shine, night and day!

That’s how I see this cake design, a special request from a dear friend for her daughter’s 11th birthday.

The golden sun was quite a challenge. Getting that glowing effect took patience and a lot of golden dust sprayed from my humble little spray bottle! It's probably time to invest in an airbrush machine!😆

For the moon, it was all about blending shades of blue and black until I finally got the deep night-sky tone I wanted.

I woke up extra early for the finishing touches and to catch the morning light for photos. Though it was a gloomy day, there were fleeting moments when the sun peeked through, just enough to let the sun cake truly shine. 🌞🌙✨

For the cake flavors, it was a rich eggless chocolate truffle for the moon while the sun was a classic vanilla.
