Our version of both alcohol based and alcohol free plum cakes🤗

That significant colour, aroma and the characteristic dense texture comes from the specific ingredients and process of preparing it 😊. This rich plum cake contains more than 20 varieties of exotic dry fruits and nuts.

Available in eggless versions too.

* Traditional plum cakes( egg based with rum)
* Egg free with rum
* Egg based without rum
* Eggfree non alcohol based

Delivery within Bangalore is available by Dunzo/Teleport/Porter. Self pick up is highly appreciated.

In the rum based cakes, a portion of the exotic dried fruits have been soaked for almost a year, while the rest have been soaked for two months. The cakes are matured with rum after baking.

Available in the quantities of 1kg and 500 gm.

The fruits included (dried) are:
1.Black current
2. Cranberry
3. Blueberry
4. Red berry
5. Strawberry
6. Black berry
7. Prunes
8. Apricot
9. Fig/ anjeer
10. Sultanas
11. Kiwi
12. Orange
13. Cherry
14. Yellow raisins
15. Black raisins
16. Candied orange
17. Candied ginger
18. Candied lemon

Nuts included
1. Pecan
2. Hazelnut
3. Cashew
4. Walnut
5. Almond

Please note,
*cakes are baked in tins, not paper moulds
* Butter based cakes. Strictly no margarine, no vegetable shortening
* No molasses, home made black jack is used
* The spices are home made
* Each cake is slow baked for up to 3 hours in a low temperature

* Eggless without rum

In the rum based cakes, 40% of exotic dried fruits have been soaked for 10 months, while the rest have been soaked for two months. The fruits used are
*Black raisin,
*Blueberry,
*Cranberry,
*Raspberry,
*Prune,
*Apricot,
* Yellow raisin,
* Cherry,
*Fig,
*Candied orange,
*Candied lemon,
*Cashews,
*Almond
*walnuts
Also best quality spices..

PLEASE NOTE, the cakes will not contain TUTTY FRUTTY !

For one week following baking, the cakes will be matured with neat rum every day. As we are baking a limited number of cakes, please book ASAP if you wish to place an order.

Delivery within Bangalore is available by Dunzo/ Borzo/Teleport/Porter between the 22nd and 24th December '22. Self pick up is highly appreciated.
