Chef treated us to a beautifully curated 4-course Mediterranean meal at Aprisio’s 'Global Tasting Tour'.

Each course flowed effortlessly. From a refreshing Watermelon, Goat Cheese Salad, to flavourful Shrimp Canellini Bean Gnocchi, Spring Chicken with Farro and a dreamy Custard Tart with Thyme Vineger Gel & Vanilla Parfait.

Shared with like-minded people, good conversation, and laughter all around — it was more than just a dinner, it was a journey.
