Chena Poda - This dessert from Odisha is made of homemade paneer hitting all the marks for those with a sweet tooth who also have a weakness for cheese. In essence, this is a sweetened cake made from cheese. I sometimes equate this dessert to the Indian version of Mexican flan because of its caramelized topping. It always delivers the wow factor when I serve it to my dear ones who have been my Guinea pigs for all my bakes 😉
Made this as a Naivedya (offering to god) for Ganapati Bappa which made this taste much better than what I had expected it to be 😊
