All Saints was founded in 1969 by Thomas Vellara, a passionate young baker in his early twenties at the quieter side of Brigade Road, Bangalore. The bakery soon became popular for it's fresh hand made bread and traditional plum cakes. Over the years the bakery has evolved and grown with the city, catering to Bangalore's traditional tastes and palettes. The Bakery now manged by the second generatio

n along with their children now churns out savories and pastries unique to All Saints. Some of the popular must try items include Sugar doughnuts, mutton samosa, puffs, plum cake apart from the ever popular wide varieties of bread and cakes. The secret to the bakery's success is grounded in principles that Mr. Vellara himself lived by:
