Chocolate Cake in Airfryer!🫶🏻

This cake is eggless, soft and moist and so so good! The best part it is a single serve recipe made in an Airfryer in just 15 mins with few basic ingredients✨

Ingredients:
40g Sugar (3-4tbsp)
15g Oil (1.5tbsp)
80g Milk (1/3cup)
45g Flour (5tbsp)
10g Cocoa powder (1.5tbsp)
1/4+1/8tsp Baking powder
1/8tsp Baking soda

1. Mix milk, sugar and oil really well.
2. ⁠Then add the other ingredients to make smooth batter.
3. ⁠Transfer the batter to a ceramic bowl or steel dabba and bake in preheated airfryer 150 degrees for 15-20 mins.
4. ⁠Top with nutella and hazelnuts or however you like!
5. ⁠Serve it piping hot and enjoy🥳

Eggless Chocolate Frosting!✨

This frosting is banger and better than classic ganache!
Its creamy, smooth and just melts in your mouth🫶🏻
And once frosted on your chocolate cakes it will be a super hit😍

Ingredients:
150g Good Quality Dark Chocolate
(I used Amul 55% dark)
130g Fresh Cream
60g Cream Cheese
(If you like a little sweet add sifted icing sugar to it)

1. Chop the chocolate and melt it then add fresh cream and cream cheese and whisk for 5-7 mins to make it smooth and silky.
2. Now frost it on your cakes or cupcakes and you will love it!

Trust me this frosting is so good that you will thank me later!

Healthy Mango Custard!✨

This Mango Fruit Custard is super healthy made without any custard powder or sugar and trust me this is so good and your kids and family will love this🥭

Ingredients:
1+1/4cup / 25g Makhana
1/4cup / 30g Cashews
10-12 kesar strands
1+1/2cup / 350g Milk
1 big chopped mango
1-2tbsp honey
Chopped Fruits and Nuts of choice

1. Soak Makhana, Cashews, Kesar in boiling hot milk for 1-2 hours.
2. Add the soaked makhana mix to blender with chopped mango and honey and blend it really well.
3. Then take your favourite chopped fruits and nuts in a bowl and pour it and mix well.
4. Serve it chilled and you will love this!

Healthy Chocolate Icecream✨

Sumer season is here means we enjoy a daily scoop of Icecream! And I decided to make it healthier and this turned out to be the best one and it was soo delicious😍
You need to try this recipe out and I am telling you it will be your all time favourite recipe🎀

Ingredients:
55g Cashews
60g Oats
8-10 Medjoul Dates
360ml Milk
1tsp Coffee
25g Cocoa powder
Chocolate chips (optional)

1. Soak all the ingredients except cocoa powder for 30 minutes and then blend it with the cocoa powder.
2. Pour in Freezer safe containers and then add some chocolate chips and freeze it overnight.
3. Serve this to your friends and family and enjoy!

Chocolate Sauce🍫

Ingredients:
2/3cup Milk (160g)
3/4cup sugar (120g)
1/4cup Cocoa powder (25g)
Pinch of salt
40g Dark chocolate
2tbsp Butter (27g)

1. Heat milk and sugar by continuously stirring it.
2. ⁠Once sugar dissolves add in the cocoa powder and whisk well.
3. ⁠Then once it starts to boil and thickens add the dark chocolate and butter and mix it!
4. ⁠Let it cool down completely and transfer it to an airtight jar or bottle and store in refrigerator.

No Maida/Sugar/Butter🤯
Eggless Fudgiest Brownies!❤️

These brownies are made without any Refined Flour/ Sugar/ Butter/ Oil and its soo fudgy and delicious trust me you are going to love them 🥳

Ingredients:
120g Dark Chocolate (Melted) (1/2cup approx)
60g Jaggery (1/4cup+2tbsp)
180g Milk (3/4cup)
25g Ghee (2tbsp)
65g Wholewheat flour (1/2cup)
12g Cocoa powder (2tbsp)
1/4tsp Baking powder
Chocolate chips and walnuts (optional)

1. Boil the jaggery and milk while whisking it (till the jaggery is fully dissolved).
2. ⁠Meanwhile Melt the chocolate (make sure its fully melted and smooth).
3. ⁠Now pour the hot jaggery and milk mixture onto the warm melted chocolate and add ghee and whisk it for good 5-8mins.
4. ⁠Then add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and make a thick smooth batter.
5. ⁠You can optionally add chocolate chunks and walnuts here to batter and pour in 5/6” square lined tin and Bake this in preheated oven at 170 degrees (only lower rod on, Fan off) for 25-28minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out with little crumbs on it.
6. ⁠Let it cool down then cut into pieces and store in airtight container (at room temperature this stays good for 3-4 days depending on weather and in refrigerator 7-8days)

Pro tip: While serving heat the brownie piece in microwave for few seconds and top with Icecream and chocolate sauce!
