You were my very first client — the first person who trusted my work and gave me the confidence to believe that my love for baking could become something bigger.

Had you not been there, I honestly don't know if JAB WE BAKE would have ever come into existence the way it did. ❤️

Vasu, you believed in me when I was still finding my feet. You hyped me, celebrated my little achievements, and stood by me when I needed support the most.

There were times when people I expected to understand me couldn't see my side of things. But you did. You listened without judging, understood me when others couldn't, and reminded me of my worth when I needed it most.

शादी के बाद जिंदगी की जिम्मेदारियाँ बढ़ती हैं, priorities बदलती हैं और कई बार इंसान अपने सपनों को पीछे छोड़ देता है। लेकिन तुमने कभी मुझे ऐसा महसूस नहीं होने दिया कि शादी के बाद मुझे अपनी पहचान या अपने सपनों से समझौता करना पड़ेगा।

You have always given me the freedom to live life on my own terms, make my own decisions, and pursue everything my heart has ever wanted.

तुमने मेरे सपनों को कभी छोटा नहीं समझा। बल्कि कई बार अपने सपनों को पीछे रखकर मेरे सपनों को आगे बढ़ने का मौका दिया।

JAB WE BAKE को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए मेरे साथ देर रात तक जागना, हर छोटी-बड़ी चीज़ में मेरा साथ देना और financial responsibilities अपने कंधों पर लेकर मेरे लिए रास्ते आसान करना — I see it all, and I am grateful for it all.

तुमने सिर्फ मेरे सपने को support नहीं किया, बल्कि उसे जिंदा रखा। जब भी मैंने कुछ नया करने की सोची, तुमने मुझे रोकने के बजाय आगे बढ़ने का हौसला दिया।

Eight years younger, but a big brother in every way that matters. ❤️

They say age makes someone elder, but love, responsibility, and the way someone stands by you make them truly special.

My little brother, Vishal, you have proved this to me time and again.

विदेश में रहते हुए भी तुमने कभी मुझे अकेला महसूस नहीं होने दिया। JAB WE BAKE STUDIO के construction के दौरान पापा का साथ देना, दूर रहकर भी हर संभव तरीके से मदद करना और मेरे इस सपने को अपना समझकर इसमें योगदान देना — you were always there, even when you couldn't physically be here.

हमारी planning थी कि studio की opening May में होगी, जब तुम India आए हुए थे। लेकिन construction पूरा नहीं हुआ और तुम्हारे वापस जाने का समय आ गया। Opening नहीं हो पाई और तुम्हारे जाने के बाद मैंने सोचा कि अब inauguration आराम से होगा, जब भी सब कुछ तैयार हो जाएगा।

फिर September में inauguration की तारीख तय हुई, और मुझे बिल्कुल अंदाज़ा नहीं था कि तुम दोबारा India आने का plan बना रहे हो।

And then, you surprised me! ❤️

तुमने दोबारा India आने का plan बनाया, बिना मुझे भनक लगे। मुझे कुछ भी पता नहीं था कि तुम मेरे इस खास दिन का हिस्सा बनने के लिए फिर से इतनी दूर से आने वाले हो।

Vishal, तुम्हारा यह surprise मेरे लिए सिर्फ एक surprise नहीं था। यह इस बात का एहसास था कि मेरे सपने तुम्हारे लिए कितने मायने रखते हैं। तुम जानते थे कि JAB WE BAKE की opening जिंदगी में एक ही बार होगी, और तुम इस पल को मेरे साथ जीना चाहते थे।

The fact that you planned this all by yourself, kept it a secret, and travelled all the way back just to be there for me is a gesture I will always cherish. ❤️

From emotional support to mental strength, from financial support to always making yourself available whenever we needed you — you have been there in every way possible.

आपने कभी यह नहीं जताया कि आप कितना कर रही हैं। आपने बस हमेशा अपना समझकर सब कुछ किया। और शायद यही एक माँ के प्यार की सबसे खूबसूरत बात है — she gives so much without ever asking for anything in return.

Today, I dedicate this post to the man who is the biggest reason behind the existence of JAB WE BAKE STUDIO — MY FATHER.

सपना मेरा था, लेकिन उस सपने को हकीकत में बदलने के लिए अपनी पूरी जान लगा देने वाले इंसान मेरे पापा हैं।

कहते हैं हर पिता अपने बच्चों के लिए अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार सब कुछ करता है। लेकिन शायद जब भगवान मेरी किस्मत लिख रहे थे, तब उन्होंने उसमें थोड़ी extra किस्मत जोड़ दी थी, क्योंकि मुझे जो पिता मिले हैं, उनके जैसा इंसान मिलना हर किसी के नसीब में नहीं होता। ❤️

अपनी पूरी जिंदगी की जमा-पूंजी मेरे सपने को पूरा करने में लगा देना, जगह खरीदने से लेकर पूरी बिल्डिंग के construction तक हर छोटी-बड़ी चीज़ पर खुद नज़र रखना, हर दिन वहाँ मौजूद रहना और हर चीज़ को best से best बनाने की कोशिश करना—यह सब सिर्फ इसलिए कि उनकी बेटी के सपने में कोई कमी न रह जाए।

Papa, आपने कभी यह नहीं सोचा कि इसमें आपको कितनी मेहनत करनी पड़ेगी, कितना पैसा लगेगा या कितनी परेशानियाँ आएँगी। आपने बस यह सोचा कि आपकी बेटी का सपना है, तो इसे सबसे अच्छा बनना चाहिए।

आपने हमेशा हमारी परेशानियाँ अपने ऊपर ले लीं, कभी किसी चीज़ की कमी नहीं होने दी और हर वह सुख-सुविधा देने की कोशिश की, जो शायद हम अपने दम पर कभी हासिल नहीं कर पाते।

कभी-कभी सोचती हूँ कि मैंने ऐसा क्या किया था कि मुझे आप मिले? शायद कुछ रिश्ते हमारी कमाई नहीं, भगवान का सबसे खूबसूरत आशीर्वाद होते हैं। और मेरे लिए, आप वही आशीर्वाद हैं।

💜✨ I Purple You, Radhya! ✨💜

My favourite Radhya turned 7, and with a BTS-themed celebration, the cake had to bring all the purple, sparkle and disco vibes! 💜

🪩This towering BTS-themed disco cake was a Chocolate Fudge Cake, accompanied by around 50 matching cupcakes. 🎂💜

The cupcakes disappeared so quickly that I couldn't even manage to click a picture of them! 🙈 With back-to-back orders at the studio, the camera definitely took a backseat this time. 😂

But the best part? The cake was loved by everyone! ❤️

Feeling lucky to have been a part of Radhya's special celebration and to have created something that matched her favourite theme so perfectly. 💜

BTS, purple vibes and a whole lot of chocolate — what more could a birthday girl ask for? 🪩💜

A birthday celebrated with gratitude. 🤍

This one came with a story that made it much more than just a cake.

An old client shared a birthday date with his younger daughter, but this year, instead of celebrating himself, he chose to celebrate his wife — the woman who had gone through a difficult pregnancy and brought their second little one into their lives. ❤️

A beautiful way of saying, “Thank you for giving me this happiness.”

A Rasmalai Cake made for a very heartfelt celebration. ✨

Some are ordered to say thank you.
And this one was definitely the latter. 🤍
