Some cakes are special. And then there are cakes that become milestones for the baker too. ❤️🏏

This cake was created for the 9th birthday of dear Aarav, whose birthdays have been a part of my journey since he was just six months old. Watching him grow year after year, while creating a brand-new cake for each birthday, has become a tradition that I truly cherish. 💙

This year, his wonderful mom—who is also my junior from school and a very dear friend—gave me complete creative freedom. Her only request was, "The theme should be cricket."

For the longest time, I had dreamed of creating an anti-gravity cake, but somehow the opportunity never came. When I finally had a free hand, I knew this was the moment to bring that dream to life.

From sketching the concept to perfecting every little detail, AI became my creative companion, helping me transform an idea in my mind into something real. But behind every successful cake is someone who quietly makes it possible.

A special thank you to my husband, my constant pillar of strength. It was an incredibly challenging day, and there were moments when this cake seemed almost impossible to complete. Yet, with his unwavering support, encouragement, and helping hands, we pulled it off beautifully. ❤️

Seeing the finished cake standing exactly the way I had imagined made every bit of hard work worth it.

Some endings are actually the beginning of a beautiful new chapter… ✨🤍

Created this special retirement cake for a respected Zoology Professor, ordered with so much love by his daughter to celebrate years of dedication, knowledge and guidance. 🫶

When the celebration belongs to someone who has spent a lifetime teaching and inspiring others, the cake has to tell a little piece of their story too. 🌿📖

So we brought together elements close to his journey — the world of zoology, little animal details, books, learning and the message that truly defines retirement…

“As one chapter ends… another one begins.” ✨

And of course… a little humour because retirement means —
“Tension gone, pension on!” 😄

The happiest part of creating such cakes is when they reach the celebration and become a part of family memories. So glad to know that this one was loved and appreciated by the entire family. ❤️

Created this special cake for the retirement celebration of a respected IAS officer — a cake that was not just about a farewell, but about honouring years of commitment, responsibility and countless contributions. 🤍

This order came through one of my family friends and was placed by his daughter, who wanted something truly meaningful for her father’s special day. Every element was thoughtfully brought together to represent his beautiful journey — from his years of service, the places that became a part of his story, his values, his achievements, and most importantly, the family that stood beside him through it all. ✨

From the India map symbolising his journey, to the little details reflecting leadership, dedication and memories created over the years… this cake was designed as a small tribute to a remarkable professional life. 🇮🇳

The happiest moment for me was knowing that the family loved how everything turned out. Because cakes like these are not just desserts… they become a part of someone’s most emotional milestones. ❤️

This beautiful anniversary cake was ordered by a client to celebrate her in-laws’ 37th wedding anniversary ❤️

She came across a similar design on our page and instantly connected with the idea — a cake that doesn’t just look pretty, but carries emotions, memories, and moments from their journey together 🥹🌸

So we recreated this special design with a floral memory hoop, little photographs, soft pastel blooms, and a sweet illustration capturing their bond — making it a frame full of love and nostalgia 💛

Inside this beauty was everyone’s favourite — a rich and indulgent Chocolate Nutella cake 🍫🌰

Because some celebrations deserve more than just a cake… they deserve a piece of their story ✨

Some cakes are not just made… they are carefully planned, balanced, carried and finally celebrated 🤍✨

Created this elegant beauty for an Engagement Anniversary celebration — a design full of timeless whites, delicate florals, pearls, golden accents and butterflies… because some milestones deserve something graceful and memorable. 🦋🤍

But behind this pretty cake was a little adventure of its own. 🙈
With multiple tiers, all those details and the complete assembled structure, this was definitely one of those cakes where the biggest challenge was not just making it… but making sure it reached perfectly. 😅

The cake was really heavy and transporting it all assembled to the venue was a task in itself. A big thanks to my husband, who was right there helping me handle everything carefully and making sure this beauty reached safely. ❤️

And finally seeing it standing tall at the venue, exactly how I imagined it… made all the effort absolutely worth it. ✨

Moments like these remind me that every cake has its own journey before it becomes a part of someone’s celebration. 🤍

and some come with a beautiful little story attached to them 🤍✨

This one was made for someone who entered my life recently but has already become such a special part of it — my junior turned friend, my core committee partner, and one of the most cheerful, bubbly & sweetest souls I know. ❤️

When she decided to celebrate her birthday, she trusted me with her cake — and this being her very first order from JAB WE BAKE made it even more special for me. 🫶

Her wish was simple — she wanted a coffee flavoured cake. ☕🤍
And surprisingly, in all these years of baking, I had never really done a complete coffee-based celebration cake before. So this one came with a little extra excitement… and a little extra nervousness too. 🙈

Because when someone trusts you for their special day, you don't just want to make a cake…
you want to create a memory. ✨

She chose this beautiful vintage-style design — soft, elegant, old-school charm with those delicate pink & ivory details — and it matched her vibe (and her outfit 🤭) so perfectly. Honestly, she looked even prettier than the cake itself! 💕

The real moment though?
Watching her take the first bite. 😬☕

I was literally waiting for that expression… hoping the flavours matched what she had imagined. And the moment I saw her reaction, I finally relaxed. ❤️

The compliments that followed from everyone around made every bit of experimenting, planning and effort feel completely worth it. ✨

Some cakes are made as an artist… and some cakes are made as a daughter. ❤️

Like every year, this year too, my father's bank staff trusted me with the responsibility of creating a cake for his official birthday celebration. And honestly, making a cake for someone who has always been your biggest support system will always feel extra special. ✨

For this year's design, I wanted to add a personal touch instead of keeping it just a regular birthday cake. So I created an AI-generated image of Papa, bringing his personality into the design and making the cake truly about him. ❤️

There was a time when kurta-pajama was Papa's go-to attire, but with time he has transformed his style, groomed himself, and now you will mostly find him rocking his jeans and T-shirts. And honestly… looking more stylish and handsome than ever! 😎

No wonder people lovingly call him our "Santoor Papa"—because age truly seems to be just a number for him. ❤️

It's amazing how creativity keeps evolving—combining baking with AI has opened a whole new way of telling stories through cakes. From a simple thought to a personalized topper, watching an idea come alive is always magical.

A classic, elegant design with little details that celebrate him—his journey, his personality, and the person we all adore. ❤️

On 1st July, as Hotel Rama Continental celebrated its 4th anniversary, this cake was created as a small gesture filled with respect, happiness, and warm wishes. ✨

The owner of the hotel is a dear friend of my father, and they share a wonderful bond. So, on this special milestone, my father wanted to add a memorable moment from his side by gifting a cake made with love. ❤️

Keeping the elegance of the occasion in mind, we designed a cake that reflected the charm of the brand itself—classic whites, royal maroon and gold details, the hotel logo, and a message celebrating many more milestones ahead. 🌟

Because behind every successful journey are years of dedication, dreams, hard work, and the support of people who cheer for your success.
