Doing the chef cap today for SINDHI YOUTH CLUB JABALPUR and thankyou so much for this opportunity Prerna Jadwani Kajal Parwani Neha Happy Asrani and all bod members of syc and special thanks to my lovely sister Saanvi Parwani(for introducing to this platform) and my lovely bhabhi Aarti Khatwani Bhatia(for all the commentry and yummy noises).
And now I would like to write down the recipes for you.
A) Fudge with Twist
1. Fresh cream =150gms
2. Butter = 50gms
3. Cornflour = 1tbsp
4. Nestle milkmaid = 200gms
5. Lemon juice = 30-40ml
6. Lemon zest
7. White chocolate/compound= 500gms
8. Lemon extract (optional)
9. Yellow candy color (optional)
For decoration
1. Dried rose petals
2. Whiye chocolate
B) Middle Eastern Cake(Basbousa Cake)
1. Milkmaid = 130gms
2. Butter = 50gms
3. Sautee semolina(suji) = 50gms
4. Maida = 20gms
5. Desicated coconut = 30gms
6. Milk = 70-80ml
7. Curd = 50gms
8. Vanila Extract = 1-2 drops
For Decoration
1. Thin sliced apple = 1
2. Sugar = 4 tbsp
3. Butter = 30gms
4. Fresh cream = 1tbsp
