This cake has a long story to be told, so the order was placed by the event management company we have tied up with for a couple who was getting engaged , they had a very specific demand that the cake should match the backdrop of the stage and was to be made in 6kgs, so we made sketches and everything was finalized and the we had started the preparations, at 1:48am a day before the cakes was to be delivered we got a call from our event partners that the event has been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances! We were shocked as it was a very last minute cancellation coz the cake was prepared we had to assemble it the next morning at 10 at the venue! Our event partner called us the next day and told us how actually they scammed all the people including the venue people , event management company by not clearing the dues before the event and thus the event was cancelled, however our event partners were sweet enough to pay us the recoverable amount to ensure we aren't having a loss for the ingredients and preparations made for the cake! And now you wonder what we actually did with the cake? Our event partners made a good use and distributed the cake with the needy and poor people!✨️
