9 years in the baking industry in Ahmedabad has taught me one thing that the most questions come from curiosity, not criticism. ☺️☺️
Over time, I’ve realised that many people simply don’t know what goes on behind a custom cake. 😅😅

From understanding the difference between cake and bread, to why timelines matter, to why ingredients affect pricing, there’s a lot that isn’t visible on Instagram.

✨So this post isn’t about calling anyone out.
✨It’s about sharing what I’ve learnt along the way.

The more we understand the process, the better the experience becomes for both the baker and the customer.

⭐9 years of building BBM in Ahmedabad⭐

This city understands business.
But it also understands value.

When I started, custom cakes were still “extra.”
Premium ingredients meant explaining why the price was higher.

There were constant questions:
“Why is it this much?”
“Can you do it cheaper?”
“Same design but lower budget?”

Here’s what I learnt
You can’t shrink your standards to fit the market.
You raise the market to understand your standards.

Ahmedabad has given BBM loyal clients, repeat wedding orders, and families who trust us for every celebration.
