Sam Lor, Bangkok was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Thanks to & for the recommendation ❤️
1. Mushroom Bao: Crispy, caramely, chewy bun, sautéed mushrooms, fresh greens.
2. Spicy Tomato Salad: Sweet, Sour, Spicy, Lemony, Vinegary - impossible to figure out- bursting with flavour and our absolute favourite!
3. Beef Tartare: Mint, onion, roasted peanuts, betel leaf- our humble paan transformed.
4. Omelette- crispy top, custardy centre, sweet spicy sauce, hot chillies, sour. Gosh.
5. Crispy Prawn cakes: crispy outside, warm inside, sauce full of umami- just cannot be described.
6. Milo Toast: chewy toast, milo, chocolate, condensed milk ice cream, dusting of milo.
