Our take on the classic Australian dessert. This cake has Vanilla sponge, Vanilla cream, Berry jam (made in-house), Chocolate Layer, finished with coconut.
This dessert has its origin story as something that was created to feed unexpected guests by using leftover sponge cake, dipping in chocolate & rolling in coconut.

This version is not so simple. It has various elements that go well together. It is creamy, chocolaty, jammy with a hint of coconut.
